The best selected grapes start to dry naturally on rough mats until February-March. After this time grapes are pressed and fermentation starts in small barrels called “Caratelli”, where the Vinsanto Montellori stays for a minimum time of 5 years. The wine continues to age in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: amber colour with gold hints. Complex notes of dry fruits and figs. Taste recalls sweet notes and honey. Very persistent and deep in aromas.

Pairing Suggestions: serve it with hard cheeses and gorgonzola cheese, sweet almonds cakes and custard, chocolate biscuits and dried fruits.
