Appellation: IGT Toscana Rosato
Variety: 40% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah
Production Area: Cerreto Guidi

The vineyards are located in Cerreto Guidi.
The soil is clay, rich in limestone and silica which guarantee mineral content and freshness to the wine.
Harvest time is at mid-September and grapes are picked up by hand.

Vinification: 6 hours maceration after pressing the grapes. Fermented then in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC for 20 days.

Aging period: Matured in steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the wine and to keep the aromas deep and persistent.
Blended in January and bottled in February.

Tasting notes: Pale-pink color with reddish tints. Long scents and persistence, good acidity and mineral content. Well balanced.
